I manage a sales team and it's important to log when the records are officially changed to "Registered" for commission related reasons. I'd want it to be an unamendable date field in a perfect world.

This is a standard field in Salesforce and the like, but I can't seem to find it on Zoho at all. Is there a way to do this without coding?
