Regular timeout or time out issues

I am encountering on many occasions issues with time out.
I click on anything and it just looks like it is hanging. waiting for crm.zoho.com.
It stays like that for 2-3 mins until it eventually time out.
When I keep clicking again and again it works.
However, it happens on 1 out of 3 clicks.
Anyone has an idea why it is like that?

I am using Firefox or Safari browser but the problem persists on both.

I do not have a firewall.
