I am writing to request assistance with the integration process between Zoho People and Zoho Payroll. Specifically, we need to streamline the reimbursement request workflow for our employees.

Our current process involves employees raising reimbursement requests within Zoho People. Once these requests are approved by their respective managers, we require them to flow seamlessly into Zoho Payroll. Subsequently, a new off-cycle pay run should be created in Zoho Payroll to process these reimbursements efficiently.

Our goal is to ensure that the transition of approved reimbursement requests to Zoho Payroll is automatic and that the creation of an off-cycle pay run is straightforward and user-friendly.
