Reinstall VO

Hi.

Im have this program about 2 years ago, and I need reinstall in a new server.
When reinstall, doesnt work Virtual Office, Im reinstall a program and a patchs, but Im not secure its all ok.

Im follow this steps,

1. Install Adventnet_Zoho_VirtualOffice_3_Windows.exe
2. Zoho_virtual_office_3_1_0_SP-1_0.ppm
3. Adventnet_zoho_virtual_office_3_1_SP-2_0.ppm
4. Zoho_virtual_office_3_1_0_SP-3_0.ppm
5. Adventnet_zoho_virtual_office_3_0_SP-0_3.ppm
6. Zoho_Virtual_office_Fix_Patch.zip
Extract this patch and then replace this SERVER folder in Virtual Office Folder, Thats correct?
7. Zoho_virtual_office_3_2_0_SP-1_0.ppm
8. Zoho_virtual_office_3_2_0_SP-2_0.ppm
9. Zoho_virtual_office_3_2_0_SP-3_0.ppm

And when tray work this program, work anthing except Virtual office FAILED.

Can you tell me whats wrong, because I unninstall, and try install again.
