Reinstallation ???

hi,

My windows just crashed and I have reinstalled windows and Vo was Installed on a different drive and some I manage to run it from bin directory but its not running as usaul on server it is running as dos window ( my users have no problems) like Vo icon near time. how can I get it running again as usual ???

should I reinstall it over the same directory and my data will remain same or it will over write the previous

Is there any other method to get normal running ??
