Reject leads based on last chat message on salesiq zobot

Hello! I have an integration between salesiq and zoho crm.
visitors with name, email & phone are automatically sent to zoho crm leads for approval.

Here's the problem: Zobot prompts recurrent visitors (that have name, email & phone filled) with a "would you like any help?" and they can answer "yes" or "no".

When they say "no" I'm not interested in approving them. But I have found no way to access that last message in Zoho Crm Approval Flow.

I thought about other complicated ways, like if they say "no" I can modify their mail to something else... but for some reason I can't modify visitors data.

I don't know how to solve this.

I want to filter visitors that give certain answers to Zobot.
