I am currently trying to set up a Desk system, and the issue which I am stuck on is that when I have a set a rule from the previous email domain to forward all emails to the new ZohoDesk One - I get a bounce back. The bounce back reads that the recipient - Zoho - is rejecting the mail. 
I did contact directly to Desk Support, but was told it was my email senders problem and they could not help -  but on forums and the Helpdesk there is no help and suggest it is the recipients error...This is of course a major issue and the system won't work at all if this cannot be solved...please can someone advise?

Our development team has reviewed the details, and it appears the issue originates from the forwarding email address' provider (Microsoft O365) and needs to be addressed there.

Bounce Message:
550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance.

This issue is due to a Microsoft O365 security update that disabled email forwarding to external accounts. To fix this, you’ll need to implement an anti-spam policy that allows external forwarding.

Resolution Steps:

  1. Access the Office 365 Security & Compliance portal: https://protection.office.com/antispam.
  2. Navigate to Threat Management > Anti-Spam.
  3. Click on the Outbound Spam Filter policy.
  4. Change the forwarding policy to “On - Forwarding is enabled”.
