Rejected Remote Control request - Android v1.10.2
Sent an email to support on this topic from the phone. Able to set up a remote session and enabled Unattended Access in this new Android v10 phone. When attempting to remotely control the phone we received the message; "your customer has rejected the remote control request". This did not happen with v 1.10. Unattended access is fully enabled. in this phone.
Tested with identical Android v10 phone running Zoho-Assist Customer v1.10 and the remote control works normally. All other settings in these 2 phones are the same.
