We would achieve our desired outcome if we converted our Leads to Accounts/Contacts however we do not want to do this because the Lead has not progressed and should remain a Lead.
This is a major issue for us because we need to know not only the person's name but what company they work for.
Please let me know if there is a work-around to this problem without us converting the Lead? Perhaps we can create some type of custom field and create an automation that auto inputs the Company name into this field or something?
