Related Contacts in the Account windows

Related Contacts in the Account windows

When you are inside an Account frame the side form for Related Contact shows only 5 names.
We have many Account which have more than 50-100 contact. Can we customized this Related Contact window?
The minimum for me would be to have at least the possibility of how many contact we want to display.
