Related data in CRM databases

Related data in CRM databases

I have two data bases say, A and B, in CRM and I am using Creator(Deluge) to manage them.

I can create rows in both databases with no problems, however, database B has linked fields with database A.

The user can see all the created rows in database B, but the linked data is not displayed until the row is opened and the field is clicked.

Some of the data is numeric and the user wants to see a total value displayed - this is problematic as this cannot be done until multiple rows are opened.

Can anyone suggest a solution.
