When I assign a product to an account and vice versa, in their respective modules, it creates a duplicate related list. Any ideas on how I can fix that?

As well as, the pre-set related lists show no records found and render it unable to find any accounts or products. Whereas, the duplicates show records and allow me to select the accounts or products I want to associate.
