Related list name customization disabled for "Member Accounts"

Related list name customization disabled for "Member Accounts"

Does anyone know why the edit button next to the related list name for Member Accounts (associated to the standard lookup field Parent Account) on the accounts module quick view is disabled? I can edit the names of most related lists but this one, along with the activities related lists names, is impossible change.

I wouldn't like to use a new custom field to replicate what the Parent Account field does just to be able to put the related list name that I like. Any specific reason for this limitation.
