Is it possible in Zoho CRM to relate lookup fields?

Here is an example for what I mean.

I have the following Accounts,

which should be related to these Contacts;

When creating a new deal, I want only the Contacts related to the chosen Account to be selectable.

Here I chose Account "ccccc" and under Contact Name it displayed all the contacts and not the ones related to Account "ccccc"  as you would gess!! 

So is it possible to view only related data ?
