Related to E-mail Suite

I add a new user in Zoho E-mail Suite from Control Panel. And I'm doing application access settings for user. For example: I don't choose 'Docs or CRM or Creator vs vs vs'.

But I don't understand, When a user enters their E-mail Suite own account, why user see other applications by Zoho in Zoho Apps Button or Shortcuts Button at the top ? This is very confusing for both users and admin. Don't have a solution? I don't want to see other Zoho Application links in E-mail Suite for My Organization's Users. Only I can see.
