Related views or forms

hello, I know that it is possible trough deluge script to show a view with for example companies and when you click on a button you see all the employees of this company and if you creat a new employee he is automatically assigned to the company above. But I do not find how to do that. Are you going to work on forms including subforms (like access) ?
