I am trying to figure out the best way to track engagements between Accounts of two different types.
Our business has Accounts which are either Clients or Partners. (I created an Account Type field for this).
Our business model is to try and engage our Clients with one or more of our Partners.
When we connect a Client with a Partner (which begins with a phone call and hopefully ends with an agreement between the two), we need to track this engagement from initial contact through to final resolution, which could be an ongoing relationship.
Trying to figure out the best way to do this in ZOHO CRM. One thing I would like to see is that we can relate this engagement to both the Client and the Partner Account that are connecting. This will allow for reporting on both sides.
