Relational queries

I have figured out how to query a table using the Fetch command. How about doing the equivalent of SQL joins? E.g. say I have a Contact table and a Payments table and I wanted to find all contacts who have a payment > $50. The SQL syntax would roughly be

SELECT name, Payment.amount from Contact JOIN Payment on Contact.ID = Payment.contact_id WHERE payment > 50

Is there an equivalent in Zoho?

If not, it looks like I'm back to the old trick of
1. Search in the payments table
2. For each payment, find the related Contact and append them to the list
