Hi All, 

I have a travel agency with the modules 'Contacts' and 'trips'. A contact can have many trips and all this works great. 

However, I now wish to manage passengers within Zoho but am coming up stuck. 

Let's take the example of a family. We have the lead contact who booked the trip 'Contact' and we have 3 passengers. 'Passengers'.

The Passengers can be linked to the Lead Contact and then added to a trip, depending on if all 3 passengers are going or 1 passenger, for example his wife. 

This in theory works fine, but the Client is also a passenger himself. So how do I manage this? 

Should I Create 4 Passengers under the Lead Contact, even though one of those passengers is indeed the contact its self and there will be duplicate information such as Name and Date of Birth which will be stored under the contact but also be stored under that Passenger profile. 

is CRM the best way to manage this or should I be doing it in Creator?
