Relay configuration issue

We are receiving the attached message. Please help us resolve this issue. I noted the text in the sceenshot here as well in case you can't open in.

The Relay Configuration for the domain staffleasing-peo.com and feature Mass_Email has failed 3 times today . Mails will be sent through the Zoho CRM server until next day instead of configured relay.

Reason : com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn't connect to host, port: source1.help, 587; timeout 10000; nested exception is: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out
