Releasing an Email ID from Zoho CRM

Here's the story.

My  company has an overall IT and Systems Administrator who has been working on setting up Zoho accounts for the company. Presently, he has set up Mail and CRM, among some more apps. While he has already set up an Organization in CRM, he has yet to invite me to be a user.

Not knowing that, I logged onto Zoho CRM using my Zoho mail account, which ties my Zoho Mail ID to the new CRM account. Now, when the Administrator tries to invite me to join his Zoho CRM organisation, it says that ' This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user.'

Not I know how my email account can be released from the Zoho CRM account i created, so that I can join the one the Administrator created?
