Hi there, I am the administrator for my company/organization when it comes to Zoho services. I have recently created the CRM for my organization, as well as company email accounts (powered by zoho mail). Before I could invite users for the oganization's CRM, one of the users had logged into the Zoho CRM by mistake. His email is thus associated with Zoho CRM as well, and I am having trouble adding him as a user for my organization. When I add him, the error message says '
This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user.'
Is there a way in which I can release the email ID of the user, so that I can add him to my organization?
