reload ZOHO VO without loosing data/contacts etc

reload ZOHO VO without loosing data/contacts etc

Hi, I recently backed up the files to my external harddrive so I could wipe windows,
and now I cant get ZOHO VO to work or reload again.
Its will reload from scratch but I just want it to reload the original so i dont loose any contacts or stored information.
can anyone help as I have been unable to find a solution for weeks?
