Reminder or Alert-Feature?
Hi,
how can I set up a Pop-up-Alert or Email-Reminder in Zoho CRM? Currently I only see the possibility to create a new task with a certain due date every time I want to keep track of a planned action.
But when I have 50-100 future task which have only the function to remind me of a follow-up phone call, which I want to make 6 month in the future, they "pollute" my task list overview, where all the other really important tasks like "presenting a new product" etc are.
I would love to have an easy feature which allows me, to set an alert 6 month in the future without "polluting" my current task list. Apparantly one solution would be, to create an event. But there unfortunately the "reminder function" is only available in the paid CRM version.
Does anybody know a work-around?
