There is a thread concerning a very important usability feature that goes back for 2 years. The Development team has yet to take action on it and there are comments from users as recently as 6 days ago.
I suggest the Development team take a look at this thread as it concerns a very basic feature that ZCRM is missing. At this point due to lack of response by the ZCRM team for over a year is likely costing Zoho business.
