Remodeling Company Setup

I'm new to Zoho and trying to figure out if I can use it for my kitchen & bath remodeling company. The way my business works is we get a lead (contact form from website, call in, referral, etc) and we set an appointment with a sales person. After the initial in-home appointment, we do a proposal for the project or separate proposals for multiple projects (kitchen/master bath/powder room) and set a second showroom appointment where the client either signs or doesn't. We also have repeat clients that have new projects that could be assigned to different sales people then the original project. I'm thinking that the "projects" should be entered in as "Deals" but before I do all the work on setting this up I just want to make sure that this will work.
