Remote authentication error

Remote authentication error

Hi, our customers can't login via remote auth anymore.
I'm passing the correct timestamp (ts) at GMT+0 in the request, but i'm always recieving an error:

{"result":"failure","cause":"E105 - Request Delayed"}

This is preventing our users from checking their tickets. Please check the timezone set in your response servers.
