Hi all,

i have successfuly set up Office 365 for agents and set up my support page with a CNAME in my DNS registrar ( https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/support-customers-from-your-own-domain)

Now, i'd like my end-users to log in with their "email" account (hosted in Office 365 with AAD) but i'm not able to find any hint on how to do or even if it is at least doable.

i've followed this procedure below but got stuck pretty quickly...
