Hello,

I received an email stating that we were reaching our total Storage quota on our Zoho CRM account.  A large majority of this usage is due to a user using BCC to enter emails that have attachments.  I would prefer to keep the email histories, but could do without the attachments to free up space.

Is there a way to bulk remove the attachments from a user's emails, but keep the context of the email chains?  I would prefer to not have to do this record by record.  I was unable to find a solution within other Topics.
