Remove Date field limitations, Custom Currency & Percentage fields limitations and other similar field limitations

I work for a Sales Tax Consulting firm.  Our firm's auditors must track audit dates/deadlines/penalties/interest/tax bills, etc for clients.  ZohoCRM does a great job at tracking this information as well as displaying the information using Views and Reports.  Unfortunately I have just bumped up against field limitations for both date fields and custom currency & percentage fields.  This seems like an easy fix.  Not sure why they have these limitations in the first place.

I guess my next step would be to transition to Zoho Creator.  However, that seems like a lot of work just to add a few extra fields.
