Remove field limits and add a function field

When is ZOHO CRM going to allow more than 100 custom fields per page.
When can we have more than 15 custom numeric fields. And finally when will ZOHO include a function field that allows for a sum of other fields.

This is very important to our company and we hope to see this change soon.
