We have a Workflow rule that has 9 different actions. When triggered the phone and mail activites are added to the record, the e-mails show when the are sent over a period of weeks. How do I remove a lead from the workflow for the future e-mail yet to be sent as part of the workflow?
The workflow is originally triggered by changing the "lead status" to "dental workflow" if I change the status back to none they still get the future e-mail. We do not what to delete the lead.
