Paid subscription of CRM, 

Looking to make use of invoicing in the CRM module.  When invoices print " Header appears with header:  "Date" on left and "ZoHo CRM - Inventory Details" centered.  Also, footer prints with https://crm.zoho.com/crm/PrintLayout.do

How do I get rid of these?
