Remove user who has left company

Remove user who has left company

Hi there-

I've got only 2 active users in Zoho CRM - myself and another user. The second user is showing up as a CEO/administrator, but I'm unable to select him to remove him (there's no checkbox next to his name so that I can select him and delete him). He has left the company so I have no access to his old account. How can I override this and delete him? I want to restart my subscription, but I only want to pay for one seat right now, not two.
