I am currently using the free version of Zoho CRM. Literally moments away from completing the perfect database but I need to know if it is possible to remove all mandatory fields?

The reason I ask this is because I require the functionality to import a vast amount of data using an .xls file however it refuses to take in my records because atleast one of the fields within all the tabs is mandatory and there names cannot be edited.

Also is there feature yet within Zoho CRM to create custom tabs from scratch or has this still not been released?
