Removing States from Blue Print
Currently ZOHO CRM does not support removing or editing states from blue prints. The entire purpose of a blue print is so that you can implement, monitor and improve work flows. So if for example, you have created a blueprint and then after using it you realize that you no longer need a state. In order to delete this state, you will have to delete the entire bluprint in order to do so. This means that all of the tasks, form field updates, etc that you have associated with this blueprint are gone.
This totally defeats the purpose of work flow automation and blue prints. You should be able to easily delete or change any state in a blueprint process without any issues so long as there are not records in that state. Zoho needs to do something about this. After and hour on chat I was told to just delete the blueprint, spend hours redoing everything then hopefully they will fix it later.
