Reordering sub modules (sales Order) on Contacts Module page

Reordering sub modules (sales Order) on Contacts Module page

I can reorder the Page layout of contacts in <Setup>Customization<Modules>   however I want to move the sales Order section up to right below the Name and address info yet do not see how. 

Currently "Notes" is the first section below the information fields.
