My company does B2B sales in the chemical industry. We often have companies that reorder the same product several times throughout the year.
How do you typically keep track of these reorders? Our customers wouldn't go through the same stages as a Potential for a new product so how do you put these in the pipeline?

Just looking for suggestions on the best way to keep up with these types of sales.
