Repeating a 1-on-1 appointment? Zoho Bookings
We are a company with a number of staff that visit multiple clients on the same day either:
- Every week
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
We currently use Calendly and GoReminders to manage the bookings and also manage the reminders (SMS & Email).
We're already a Zoho customer and utilise the Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms and Zoho Sign services. These services are very well made and work great for us.
At first glance it looks like Zoho Bookings is the ultimate solution that can take the place of Calendly and GoReminders and put our Bookings under 1 roof (and synchronise our contacts/staff and clients).
However, it is lacking one very important and crucial feature. To be able to repeat a 1-on-1 appointment.
Below is a screenshot from GoReminders which shows how they allow you to repeat an appointment at set intervals.
This feature is crucial and it's odd that a simple repeat option has not been added for one on one recurring client appointments.
We know that there is also the Group Booking option, but this does not solve it.
Can we add this as an urgent feature request? Or if you can get in touch with me and show us how we can setup one-on-one repeating appointments in Zoho Bookings?
This is a dealbreaker for us and we hope Zoho can resolve this as soon as possible.
