repeating Outlook error message

    When messages are downloading from the zoho server into 2010 windows outlook I get repeating error messages:

either  the UID of a message changed unexpectedly . This typically indicates a server bug

or

your server reported a UID that does not comply with IMAP standards

there is an error code of 0x800cccdb  previous UID  7745  new UID  7744

I am completely happy with everything except the error message. Is there a way to click something on my outlook  to stop the error message from appearing? do I need to change email programs? say to thunderbird?
