Reply all mail not showing up in the list of mails
I am using Zoho CRM Enterprise with Imap..
I replied to a mail from Zoho CRM. I don't see the mail I sent in the list of emails. I don't know if it has been sent either,
Also, since I am using Imap, I am also expecting my mail to be copied to the Sent folder on my Imap Server. But that is not happening either.
