Hi everyone!
We're excited to bring to you a couple of new features that'll make your sprint process simpler.
A cloud application brings with it an array of social media features that can be efficiently used in your organizational setup. As an agile scrum platform, Zoho Sprints actively supports communication and feedback. This is evident in its many collaboration-focused features, such as meetings, group chat, and the whiteboard.
One of the features that nurtures team interactions is comments. The members of your workspace can leave comments on an item, a project, a sprint, or an epic to share feedback, acknowledge an activity, provide updates, or applaud a fellow member. This sort of interaction is simple and efficient. To make this feature even better, we have introduced
replies and reactions to comments.
The functionality is applicable in the following cases:
- Item comment
- Project comment
- Sprint comment
- Feed status comment
- Epic comment
- Meeting comment
Replying to comments is now a vital attribute of building rapport and keeping the conversation around your work alive. It also helps you quickly provide feedback to your peers while keeping a web of members in the loop. The replies are available in a collapsible window that enables users to expand or hide as necessary. This promotes a linear, two-way communication between the concerned members.
Reacting to comments with emoticons is a widespread manner of communication when it comes to social media platforms. This allows users to participate in a conversation without flooding the thread with repetitive replies. For example, members can respond in acknowledgement or display camaraderie, which are significant aspects for a team to thrive and work together.
Members of a sprint or project can bounce ideas around, raise concerns, discuss challenges, and get updates with these features. Try them out and let us know what you think.
Thanks,
The Zoho Sprints Team
