In addition to my main Zoho mail account, I set up a Zoho POP account to POP mail from *another* web mail provider into folders of that Zoho POP account. In other words, I have my normal xyz@zoho.com account, and also my abc@yahoo.com account through the Zoho POP facility.
Here are two (qty. 2) things I REALLY need, and I think both are easy to implement:
(1) When I POP email from Yahoo into Zoho, for any of those email now in Zoho, I need to be able to Reply-as any of the email ID's I've setup in Zoho. But you only allow me to Reply-as "abc@yahoo.com". In other words, for Zoho POP accounts, the Reply-as drop down box doesn't include the option of Replying-as any of the eMail ID's I verified as my own on Zoho.
For example... Say somone emails me at "joe@myBusinessDomain.com"; and someone else emails me at "joe@myPersonalDomain.Com". Although the senders don't know it, through email forwarders, both of those emails end up in my "abc@yahoo.com" account. When I reply to each of those emails from the Yahoo web interface, I Reply-As "joe@myBusinessDomain.Com" to the business email; and as "foo@myPersonalDomain.Com" to the personal email.
THE PROBLEM: When I POP my emails from Yahoo to into Zoho, I still need to be able to selectively Reply-As another email ID (the ones I setup within Zoho); but as I said above, the Reply-as drop down box within the Zoho POP account, doesn't include the option of Replying-as any of the eMail ID's I verified as my own on Zoho.
So I'm forced to go back to Yahoo and reply from there -- and I'm trying to get off of yahoo. I have to go through Yahoo because Zoho's Blackberry integration is still lacking (that's another post of mine that has to be addressed).
In summary: For Zoho POP accounts, can you quickly update the code to allow "Reply-As" for ANY of the email ID's setup within Zoho?
(2) We need the option of sharing email folders between ALL configured email accounts within Zoho -- regular Zoho accounts and Zoho POP accounts alike. Generally speaking, the same tree of folders and folder categories will be needed again-and-again whether you are organizing email on your Zoho account, or on your Zoho POP accounts. To have to set up the same folder structure structure between all Zoho email accounts is a big pain. The same is true for incoming email steering filter rules. We should have the option of sharing the same rules between Zoho accounts.
If you only have time for one of these two items currently, I would say (1) is extremely important. Can you do one that for me?
