I'm just wondering if there is such a function.

I would like to continue using my Outlook in combination with ZohoOne. If I now reply to a customer via email, this email should be automatically archived in the corresponding customer data record. I already had this with a CRM competitor.

What options do I have here with Zoho? Is there an Outlook plugin that can do this or can I realize it e.g. via a BCC address?
