"reply to all" inconsistency

This applies to emails in the folder "Sent"

EDIT: it seems to be an intermittent problem. At the moment I can't reproduce it. All emails get adressed TO: original recipient

if you click on "reply to all" in the preview pane, then the email gets adressed
TO: Sender
CC: original Recipient

if you click on "reply to all" in the popup window, then the email gets adressed
TO: orginal Recipient
CC: - none -

I personally prefer the second version, because normally you wouldn't want to send an email to your inbox, which you already have in your outbox.

In any case, please make it consistent, because it's irritating it you never know how the button reacts.
