Replying from a Group Email on iPhone
I recently set up zoho mail under my domain name. The main account is
admin@mydomain.com. I then set up a group called
support@mydomain.com. I set up IMAP email on my iphone with the
admin@mydomain.com account and then added the
support@mydomain.com email as an alias for this account. When I send an email to the support email I get it on the admin account I set up on my phone. When I reply, I can choose the
suppport@mydomain.com email address as the "from" address and it appears in the "from" field on the email. However, once I send the email, the person who receives it sees the
admin@mydomain.com address as the from address instead of he
support@mydomain.com address. I've checked to make sure the admin account is allowed to send form the support group, and it is. Any way to get this to work? I haven't been able to find any info on this specific issue.
