I have a Report, and a View - both with the same criteria.  However, I am getting different results for each result set.  The View is pulling up all records, the Report is short.  

This is logged on as the same user, and the missing Contacts are owned by both myself and other users - plus we have it so everyone can see anything.

How can I find out what is the issue?
