Our company has a Professional subscription and recently we are not able to access the following buttons/functions on the Reports tab:
- Create Report
- Create Report Folder
- Report Scheduler
We also cannot expand the "Account and Contact Reports" section by clicking the "+" sign. We are also unable to access the "Configure Zoho Reports >>" link in the upper right corner of the Reports tab screen.
When I check the profile settings, I find that all options for reporting and dashboard are missing.
Please help me figure out how to fix this.
