Report Criteria Query

Hi,

I created a report to identify any accounts that have no notes on thus i will need to contact these companies,

I selected the following modules:

account
potential

The report only has the following criteria:

             note content             is empty
AND      billing post code           starts with G
AND      current/past customer isn't current

I only have the following fields selected showing on the report.

account name,
note content,
note modified by

The report still contains notes with content in them either/and/or account/potential notes, any idea how to get the report to include the correct entries?
