Hi Folks -

I have a bit of a unique business need regarding a desired format on an Incident report i have created.

My current report is to show any Incident requests (any status) by Subcategory for the prior month.

However, there is a need to also include ANY incidents that remain 'open' (i.e. not 'Closed' or 'Resolved').  How would I combine these two conditions? I can't seem to get it.
